Mentors

The Solved community will be the main channel for identifying the mentors (top subject domain experts) with various geographic backgrounds, strong expertise level and experienced multidisciplinary roles. The mentors will be identified and selected prior to the announcement of the challenges, considering their nature and required expertise for the co-creation process.

The mentors should represent different geographies, disciplines and skills. One mentor can be involved in multiple challenges, to make this position attractive, as it will also be compensated for the time and effort. The goal is to hire in the Season 1 at least 33 mentors, equally split from the business, technology or design domains, or with the subject domain expertise from the 11 problems/domains.
