Provide participants with the tools and resources they need to develop their solutions effectively. The key documents will be the Challenge Definition Statement and Report and Solutions Template, which will be tailored to each challenge specifically, reflecting the evaluation criteria, needs and expectations defined together with the challenge partners and key stakeholders.
All the details, including the timeline, guidelines, challenge definition statements, solution templates, background materials, etc. will be accessible via the Wolf Society website and digital hub in order to guarantee equal access to information for all solvers.
During the challenge process at all phases, there is a possibility to ask clarifying questions. The questions must be submitted via the digital hub to the team facilitating the specific challenge. All questions and the provided answers will be published on the platform. Moreover, Wolf Society will organize webinars presenting the challenge, including a possibility for questions. The webinars will be streamed online, and the recordings will be added to the digital hub. All materials will be available until the end of the competition and also after the challenge process is concluded.
- Challenge Definition Statement and Report: The basic document defining the challenge, background information and presenting the challenge team and partners.
- Solutions Template: Create a tailor made template to define and describe the solution, which will be also reflected in the solutions submission form.
- Resource Library: Create a digital library (knowledge hub) on the Wolf Society’s digital hub, offering access to research papers, case studies, templates, and design tools.
- Templates and Frameworks: Provide templates for business models, solution templates, and design thinking processes to guide teams through each phase.
- Educational Content: Develop video tutorials, webinars, and articles that cover essential topics like sustainability, design thinking, and effective team collaboration.
