Provide ongoing mentorship to guide teams through the challenge process (especially co-creation phase) and ensure they stay on track for building a viable solution.
- Mentor Matching: Match teams with mentors from the SOLVED expert pool based on their specific needs and challenge focus.
- Regular Check-ins: Schedule bi-weekly check-ins between mentors and teams to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps (based on the table below).
- On-Demand Support: Allow teams to reach out to mentors as needed for specific advice or feedback on their work.
