we have identified following lead roles which will take over different responsibilities for a successful implementation of the whole initiative program overall project management responsibility for the whole initiative/program business technology marketing content foundation education digital community process (methodology) recruitments sales finance legal investments partnerships events quality facilitation 6 digital facilitation leads coordination 6 digital coordination leads the program, community and sales roles are considered to be full time positions, the others can be served on part time basis, or as a combination of the 2 3 roles, e g events, content & marketing or investments & partnerships
